Most orders are shipped in 3-5 business days from the date of your order. For out of stock merchandise we strive to email you the approx ship to date or status update within 48hrs. We are only responsible for package losses if it's untrackable. If package shows delivered by the carrier website (usps.com or fedex.com as applicable) then please don't hold us responsible for any claim or loss. If you need added security, please choose delivery option with signature requirement to ensure delivery is provable.
